The original Waterfront Restaurant was established in 1986 by the Lagopoulos family in Sarasota, Florida. Bringing one-of-a-kind Grecian style flavor to classic steak and seafood dishes made the restaurant an instant success. The family expanded to the second restaurant, The Waterfrontoo Grille & Steakhouse, located in Nokomis, Florida in 2001. Both restaurants have proved to be local favorites with award-winning salads, steaks and seafood. The atmosphere is a traditional, classic style with a family friendly feel. The original Waterfront Restaurant closed its doors in April of 2021. The Waterfrontoo accessible by car or boat with docking available.
